Great to meet you!

Hello! I have been practicing Social Work for 15 years. I have been a practicing psychotherapist for six years. I come with various life experiences and deliver compassion-focused treatment across all ages and communities.

I believe that it is best to be my authentic self in all areas of my life. This has helped me to build healthy relationships, professionally and personally. I also want to help you find your authentic self on your self-development journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in 'practicing what I preach,' meaning if I offer suggestions or advice, it's because I have tried it myself and had meaningful results. I also believe it is best to meet people where they are. I listen to their worries and perspectives so we can work together to identify tasks towards progress or a solution to goals they want.

What you can expect from our first session

I encourage emotional processing and will walk with you through your healing journey. I focus on your strengths, your current coping mechanisms, and where you want to make improvements in your life. I have trained in DBT, CBT, MBSR, MI, ACT, and many more. After emotional processing, we focus on solutions and life goals for your happiness.
