Great to meet you!

With 25 years of experience as a mental health clinician, I support clients navigating grief and loss, trauma, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I have extensive trauma-focused training and understand that each person’s healing journey is unique. I meet you where you are and offer a space grounded in acceptance, compassion, and respect as we work together toward positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, validating, and trauma-informed. I partner with you rather than positioning myself as an “expert” who tells you what to do. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify what you need, and build on your strengths in a way that feels supportive and right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll explain my process and typical session structure while learning what brings you to therapy. My hope is that you feel unconditionally accepted and supported as we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. If you’re ready, reach out to schedule your first session.
