Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a License Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I acknowledge that individuals may experience discomfort or challenges in life. Whether your challenges are perceived as "large" or "small", I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and grow. I find immense satisfaction in being a part of that journey, witnessing the transformation as they step into their full potential.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of CBT techniques that help patients change their negative thoughts and behaviors to help improve their lives. Some of the techniques I use in practice are Cognitive reconstructing, Problem-solving, Mindfulness, Journaling, Progressive muscle relaxation, Role playing, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Goal setting, Reframing, Skills training and more!

What you can expect from me

We'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding your specific needs so we can work together to develop a plan that best supports you moving forward. I will work on building a strong therapist-client relationship on a foundation of trust, respect, and empathy where you will feel heard and supported.
