Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional and National Board Certified Counselor, I believe mental health is a top priority. I think that acceptance is critical to moving forward in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I enjoy working with anyone who feels like they are not reaching their goals and are not living the life they had envisioned.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to listen to what you bring to the table and then together we find our way. I am here to point out themes and patterns that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients will take away insights into behaviors and a connection with themselves that they did not have. In my office, there will be talking, laughter, moments of silence, and sometimes tears. Every client needs something different, and I respond to the changing needs of the clients who walk into my office each week.
