Great to meet you!

I primarily utilize a Client Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have held a special interest in the areas of Grief and Loss. My views of grief are that they are a normal response to loss and I support finding meaning and purpose in the midst of sadness and grief. I assess symptoms that can cause emotional or physical distress and work towards understanding patterns and working together to find solutions.

My approach to therapy

“Balance Your Thoughts”. There is no one size fits all type of therapy. Each person is complex. Come on this journey with me to tune into you. Change is a process that is hard to identify, it takes time and effort. That is where I come in to help you along this journey of change and discovery of self. My approach is empathetic, understanding, and judgement free. My treatment approach meets the needs of everyone. I am a direct person. I am there to help you along the way.
