Great to meet you!

Every person carries a unique, complex story within them—one shaped by experiences, relationships, challenges, and personal growth. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is meeting you where you are and helping you navigate life’s most difficult chapters. Whether you are grappling with anxiety and depression, fighting against self-doubt and insecurity, or processing significant change, I strive to empower and support you through your journey.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in authenticity and compassion, providing a warm and non-judgmental space for you to explore and gain insight into yourself and the narratives that you live by. I provide an integrative and inclusive approach to counseling utilizing a variety of evidence-based methods and techniques. We will work together to address ongoing stressors, build necessary skills, and access your existing resilience to help you reach your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Seeking help can feel like a big and vulnerable step, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to start the process. In our introductory session, you'll have the opportunity to share your history and experiences and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I believe that we are all the authors of our own stories and, with the right support, we can rewrite them in ways that allow for healing, transformation, and a deeper connection to our true selves.
