I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health at Georgian Court University and completed post graduate work on a second Masters Degree there in Holistic Health. I am committed and not limited to providing healing in treatment to individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, grief, spiritual struggles, post traumatic distress, mood disorders, life transitions and relationship challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide therapy from a holistic client centered approach and I am committed to building the therapeutic relationship. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and incorporate Existential and Eclectic theoretical philosophies that promote growth and change in an environment of non judgement.
