Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your own head can be exhausting — especially during these current times. I believe healing happens when we slow down, listen to the body, and learn how to care for ourselves in ways that feel realistic and supportive. I’m an eclectic healer who takes a whole-person approach to mental health care, integrating somatic work, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle practices into therapy. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I help clients develop awareness, regulation, and tools they can carry into everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I especially love working with teens, young adults & women navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. These years can bring pressure, uncertainty, and big emotions, and I strive to offer a space that feels safe, grounded, and free of judgment.

Sessions may include body-based awareness, mindfulness practices, practical coping skills, and tools to increase self-understanding. I meet each client where they are, honoring their individual needs. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about reconnecting with yourself and building a life that feels more balanced, present, and aligned.

What you can expect from me

A safe, supportive and non-judgmental experience. WE can also discuss goals for therapy, to makes sure your experience is supportive and tangible.
