Great to meet you!

I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. I work with adults and couples dealing with a wide variety of mental and emotional health needs, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationships, career related topics, stress management, trauma and PTSD, grief, LBGTQ+ topics, women’s issues, and infertility.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, encouraging, and collaborative. I believe the counseling process is most effective when it is viewed as a partnership. I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking to gain new insight into themselves and the world around them and are active in their counseling journey.

What you can expect from me

I always seek to provide a space in which clients can safely explore and process their emotional situations free of judgement, with a clinician that is focused on helping each individual grow.
