I'm grew up in Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a masters degree in science and social work. My experience in mental health began in health care and supporting clients with chronic health issues. This led to an interest in mental health and how our thoughts and emotions affect our body. My knowledge is built on 15 years of inpatient and outpatient care. I have extensive study in the treatment of grief, depression, trauma and anxiety.
