Great to meet you!

My role is to provide a thoughtful, respectful and supportive space where meaningful change can occur. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate a variety of life's challenges. I earned a Master of Science in Education in Counseling degree in 2007, and I have been working in the behavioral health field since 1995. I enjoy working with adults ages 18 + with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, insomnia and major life transitions. I hold certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Grief Professional. I enjoy traveling with my family, spending time with my pets, music, art history, reading, and thrifting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood and supported. Whether you are working through a difficult life event, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you regain hope and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that will provide you with clarity and confidence about the future.
