Great to meet you!

Whether you've been in therapy before or are getting started for the first time, the process can sometimes feel overwhelming. I know it took a lot to get here, so I hope you connect with something that offers a bit of comfort. My experience and interest lie in helping adults heal from complex trauma (C-PTSD), childhood trauma, family-of-origin wounds, narcissistic abuse, attachment issues, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and addiction. Together, we'll work toward greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Since earning a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2010, I've worked in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, outpatient care, clinical leadership, and private practice. My approach is flexible and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Depending on the concerns we're addressing, I often draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, family systems, psychodynamic, strengths-based, and mindfulness-based approaches to support insight, healing, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You deserve to experience peace. I encourage you to take the next step and schedule a free consultation. I believe that with the right support, healing and growth are possible. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move toward the life you want to create.
