Great to meet you!

There comes a time in everyone's life when we need support.

Are you sick and tired of trying to manage this alone? You wake up to another difficult day and wonder how you will cope. Anxiety and dread are becoming your best friends. But they don't have to be. You are here because you are ready for change and I am here because I can help you feel better.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Although we cannot control the world, we can control how we react to it. I can help you live a life that is manageable and calm. You and I will design a treatment plan that is unique to you while using evidence-based approaches in therapy that have been proven to work.

What you can expect from our first session

  • I am an expert in the treatment of OCD using ERP
  • I am an expert in couples communication, conflict resolution, building emotional intimacy, co-dependency, and setting boundaries.
  • I also use DBT, CBT, ACT therapies.
  • I am a brief interventionist, meaning, my goal is to help you manage your symptoms so you can move on from therapy and live your life.
