Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, and you deserve a provider who meets you with calm, respect, and genuine care. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 23 years of experience. I offer medication evaluation and management in a space where you can talk openly and feel understood. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. When I am not working I am spending time with my Dandie Dinmont Terriers at home and participating in various performance events, conformation and therapy dog work. I also enjoy photography, more specifically, bird photography.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. We look at your symptoms and your strengths together, and I help you make sense of what you’re going through in a clear, supportive way. Medication can be part of the plan, but your comfort and your goals guide every step.

If you’re unsure about starting, that’s completely okay. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or just to see whether working together feels right. You don’t have to do this alone.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming space where a history will be obtained while focusing on what brings them in, and what they hope to change or achieve. My aim is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and empowered—with a clearer sense of direction and a collaborative plan for moving forward.
