Great to meet you!

Life can be hard, and everyone needs support sometimes. Congratulations on taking the first big step toward healing. I specialize in listening deeply and supporting individuals through life's challenges. Each person's journey is unique, which is why every session is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I use Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support your journey. Client-Centered Therapy creates a space that is genuine, safe, and free of judgment, encouraging self-awareness and understanding of how thoughts and emotions interact with circumstances. CBT helps identify and challenge negative thought patterns.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about your background and explore what kind of support you're seeking. It's completely normal to feel nervous during your first few appointments. We'll take things one step at a time, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
