Great to meet you!

I am a Master's level therapist with 14 years of practice since graduating. I am licensed for mental health and addictions. I enjoy working with anxiety and mood disorders; life adjustments; & trauma/stressor disorders

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients and let them know their input and voice in their treatment matters. I believe each client is unique and should be treated so accordingly. I provide a warm and safe atmosphere for clients, to the best of my ability.

I help clients to build skills and awareness, to help them work on harmful patterns they keep repeating

What you can expect from me

I hope they feel heard. I hope my clients feel like we are working together on their goals, and we can have an open line of communication along the way. Growth doesn't happen overnight, and I fully respect and understand that
