Great to meet you!

Please visit my website! https://seekingbalance.me/

Since 2008, I’ve supported neurodivergent folks in managing the differences they experience related to their anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, Autism, sensory and social differences, relationship challenges, and big life changes. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in both lived experience (I’m neurodivergent as heck) and current research. Together, we’ll explore strategies that are authentic, meaningful, and work with, not against, how your mind works.

My approach to therapy

I am a neurodivergent therapist who believes deeply that Disability Rights are Civil Rights. My practice is rooted in dismantling racism, ableism, sexism, and discrimination in all forms. I offer strengths-based, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming support for adults, creating a space where your identity, experiences, and ways of being are honored and celebrated.

I am also committed to the broader human rights and neurodiversity-affirming movement, guiding my work with respect, compassion, and justice.

What you can expect from me

I currently have a wait-list for new clients. Please reach out to discuss your needs and goals, and begin your journey to improved life balance and wellness.
