Great to meet you!

With over 20 years as a counselor in an education setting and over 5 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help people navigate stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. I recently retired from my education profession and now devote all my time to my therapy practice. My goal is to build a genuine connection and be someone you feel comfortable turning to as you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is comfortable but yet challenging and very much collaborative. I want you to feel safe, heard, and never judged. We take things at your pace and focus on clarity, confidence, and helping you make changes that truly make a difference.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an easy, no pressure conversation where we just get to know each other. We'll talk through things at a comfortable pace and start figuring out what your goals might look like. By the end, you should have a feel for how I work and what our sessions together could like moving forward.
