Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist at Bloom Mental Health Healing, specializing in therapy for tweens, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, body image issues, disordered eating patterns. I am committed to fighting diet culture and its harmful effects on humans.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I understand that past experiences and societal messages can impact a person’s self-worth and overall enjoyment in life. I strive to help people accept and appreciate their truest, most authentic self. My background in fine art has led me to incorporate art in my work with clients as often as possible. Along with Art Therapy, I utilize CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, Sand Tray Therapy, and Play Therapy to nurture clients on their healing journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I see each person as valuable and valid. I am skilled in working with people identifying with any sexuality, gender, race, and faith. By reading this, you have already taken the first step towards healing. I would love to walk beside you on your continued steps forward. Contact Bloom for a free consultation!
