Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and trauma, helping adolescents and adults better understand themselves while building the tools they need to create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by daily stress, navigating a difficult relationship, healing from trauma, or struggling with panic, grief, identity concerns, or life transitions, I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I also work with individuals experiencing ADHD, OCD, PTSD, sleep concerns, substance use, anger management challenges, family conflict, women's issues, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Together, we'll focus on understanding your unique experiences and developing practical strategies that support your goals and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all experience. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Positive Psychology, Behavior Management, and psychodynamic therapy, allowing me to adapt treatment based on what will best support your growth. We'll work together to identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build on your existing strengths while creating realistic goals that fit your life. My goal is not only to help you manage current challenges but also to equip you with tools that promote resilience, healthier relationships, greater emotional balance, and lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to be honest, and I'm committed to building a trusting therapeutic relationship where your experiences, values, and goals are respected. We'll celebrate progress, work through setbacks together, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you're seeking relief from emotional distress or hoping to better understand yourself, I'll be here to support you every step of the way as we work toward the life you want to create.
