Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a deep passion for helping others find light in dark circumstances. I have extensive experience serving clients of varying ages and life stages, with different degrees of impairment, and a variety of mental health diagnosis.

Utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, I believe my job is to help empower others to build resilience and expand their capacity to overcome hardships, pushing past stuck points.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Treatment modalities I often utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. The foundations of my approach are person centered and rooted in cultural humility, allowing each client to be the expert in their own life experiences and identity. I bring a perspective that understands the impacts of one's environment, oppressive systems, and societal pressures and how they can also influence one's overall functioning and mental wellbeing.

What you can expect from our first session

I work to foster an environment where clients feel accepted and safe. I want each person to see their own potential while also challenging them to continue to grow. I aim to help each client confront life transitions with confidence and discover their ability to thrive.
