Great to meet you!

I'm dedicated to helping individuals navigate life with a focus on relationships. This could mean the relationship with yourself, dating, married or parent-child relationships and finding or enhancing friendships.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2017. My practice is 100% virtual, so you the flexibility to meet from the comfort of your home or private location of your choice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My role as a Counselor is to provide therapeutic guidance, and support to create an environment for change. I believe each person has the ability to heal and grow, but we all get stuck or have fear of change/the unknown. I use techniques that focus on healing trauma, reducing anxiety and depression through body (somatic) awareness, mindfulness, and creating new beliefs about yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

If traditional therapy has not worked to resolve your trauma, you may benefit from including a focus on your body's sensations & expanding your ability to hold the emotions that are present.

Post-partum mood/anxiety, can be overwhelming, causing you to feel not like yourself. I can help you with learning about connecting to and regulating your emotions, communicating your needs with your partner or prioritizing yourself without feeling parental guilt.
