Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your mental health journey. I believe that everyone deserves compassionate, individualized care that recognizes their unique experiences, needs, and goals.

My approach emphasizes collaboration, open communication, and evidence-based treatment to help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health concerns. I work with clients to explore their symptoms, develop effective coping strategies, and determine appropriate treatment options, including medication management when indicated.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable discussing your concerns while working together to improve your emotional well-being and quality of life. Taking the first step toward seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward better mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I take the time to understand each client's unique experiences, concerns, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that best meets their needs.

I use an evidence-based approach to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, education about mental health, and ongoing support to promote emotional well-being and improve daily functioning. I value open communication and believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is an essential part of the healing process.

My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to take an active role in their care. Together, we will work toward meaningful progress, improved quality of life, and lasting mental wellness, one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and heard. We will take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to treatment, and explore your current concerns, symptoms, and mental health history. I will ask questions to better understand your needs, goals, and any challenges you may be experiencing.

Together, we will discuss treatment options and develop an individualized plan that aligns with your needs and preferences. If medication management is appropriate, we can review potential options, discuss the benefits and risks, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

You do not need to have everything figured out before our first appointment. This is a judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My priority is to build a trusting relationship, ensure you feel supported, and help you take the first steps toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
