Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout Florida. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, and women’s issues. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and building healthier, more fulfilling lives. Since earning my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Carlos Albizu University in 2022, I have worked in community mental health supporting diverse individuals through healing, growth, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness techniques, and strength-based interventions to help clients better understand themselves and develop effective coping skills. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, goals, and strengths. Together, we work toward healing, increased self-awareness, and meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to gain from our work together. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how I work and we’ll begin identifying goals to help you move toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being.
