Great to meet you!

I have been counseling/providing therapy for over 20 years. I am currently licensed in two states. I have experience working in crisis management, addictions, IDD, couples, and individual work. I do less of-how did that make you feel, and more teaching tricks and tools that will actually help you to make a difference in your life situation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is non judgmental. I am more interested in being inquisitive and helping you understand your situation better, help identify patterns, and help you change what’s not working for you. Also, if you are engaging in something that isn’t causing you problems, I will never suggest you change whatever that might be. There is no right or wrong...there is only-what works for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session I spend time to gather information that is important to help me understand you and your life. This sets the foundation for how to proceed.
