Hello! Thanks for reading my bio. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I am a warm, non judgmental person. I hope to make the process of starting therapy, especially if it's the first time you've sought help, less daunting. I think being comfortable in the therapy space allows for a trusting and fruitful relationship to grow! I am reliable, supportive and can help with a variety of issues such as anxiety, loss, relationship issues, PTSD and trauma, addiction and more. I look forward to connecting and getting to know you!

I am a good listener, interactive and friendly. I want the decisions you make to be yours but I am also open to problem solving and giving feedback. I think making connections between the past and present is essential when dealing with certain subjects. Understanding our feelings and actions can lead to significant change!
