Great to meet you!

I strive to create a space that is comfortable, accepting and lighthearted at times. I enjoy creating a therapeutic relationship that involves a direct approach while also being welcoming and open-minded.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in narrative therapy where I help indivduals eplore there stories they carry about themselves and their lives. Together, we examine how these stories shape identity, relationships, and choices —and work on creating an improved narrative. I weave solution-focused strategies to highlight strengths and possibilities, CBT techniques to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and a psychodynamic insight to explore how past experiences may influence the present. Combing these approaches, I aim to provide a flexible and supportive space that helps you gain clarity, develop practical tools and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and begin building a comfortable, supportive space. I'll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you would like to work on, and what you hope to gain from our time together, I'll ask some background questions to better understand your story and experiences, but we'll move at your pace, and you will decide when and what feels right to share. We'll discuss your goals for therapy, and I'll explain how I work so you know what to expect. By the end of our session, we'll start to shape a plan together that feels both manageable and meaningful. I want you to leave every session with me feeling heard, accepted and hopeful about the process ahead.
