I specialize in working with children, teens and young adults to cope with specific challenges such as anxiety, OCD, tic disorders, and other behavioral concerns. I have extensive experience with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, such as those with Autism.

I have completed specialized certifications in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT).

Every family has unique challenges and strengths. In my practice, I provide warmth and encouragement while also challenging clients to meet their goals in a supportive environment. Evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, ERP and CBIT are used to equip clients with a comprehensive skill set to develop problem-solving and flexible thinking. These approaches are not “one-size-fits-all” and are adapted to fit the individual client to achieve their therapeutic goals.

I work to create a collaborative process for engaging with clients, families, and other providers throughout the treatment relationship. My goal is for clients to leave feeling more confident in their ability to face challenges and move towards what they value most.
