Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to offering you a safe space to address the challenges you may be facing in life. I recognize that the hardest part of therapy can be reaching out and getting started, so I honor and congratulate you for taking that initial step in this change process! I have completed trainings in Biblical Counseling, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to be equipped to support you.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients starts with holding a deep respect for your life experience that you are bringing into your very first session. I aim to listen, learn, and offer support in a collaborative manner that empowers you to take ownership over your own therapeutic journey. My practice focuses on offering support to individuals and couples that are searching for Biblical Counseling as they address topics such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, life transitions, trauma, and self esteem.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is designed to be an introductory session where we can get to know each other and identify what we will be prioritizing in your treatment. I aim to create a warm, welcoming space that allows you to feel comfortable and safe while sharing the most vulnerable parts of your story. From there, we will work together in our sessions to move you further forward in your mental health journey.
