Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a warm, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, identity concerns, and life transitions, as well as those seeking personal growth and greater fulfillment. Together, we can build on your strengths, deepen self-awareness, improve relationships, and identify meaningful ways to create a life that feels more balanced and aligned with who you are. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and focused not only on overcoming challenges, but on helping you thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I work with clients to better understand the thoughts, patterns, and experiences that may be holding them back, while building on the strengths they already have. I incorporate cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches to develop practical strategies that fit each person’s individual needs and goals. Together, we’ll focus not only on reducing stress and anxiety, but also on building confidence, improving relationships, and creating meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s important to you, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I strive to create a warm, comfortable, and judgment-free environment where you can be yourself and share at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your goals, strengths, and areas where you’d like to see change or growth. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and optimistic about the path ahead.
