Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to connect with clients to provide useful feedback, emotional support, and psychoeducation for empowerment towards a safe and healthy life. I have experience across a range of treatment environments, from the emergency department to an outpatient setting. I currently work with families using a family-based treatment (FBT) model and health at every size (HAES) philosophy.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is characterized by transparency and directness, balanced with empathy and respect. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical solutions for lasting change. I believe meaningful progress comes from honest conversations, a strong therapeutic alliance, and a willingness to approach challenges.

What you can expect from me

In your first session we will explore what brought you to therapy, how you would like to be supported, and if I am a good fit for you.
