Great to meet you!

Maybe you are tired of worrying, or tired of feeling tired? You woke up today, and thought how am I going to get through this day. Or, maybe you sometimes feel concerned about habits or thoughts that you have and have not figured out how to change them. If so, I would love to hear from you; I hope you will consider reaching out to me. From the comfort of your own space, I can meet with you via teletherapy and meet you where you are today.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with people on a variety of issues. Depression, mood disorders, anxiety, the stress of being a new parent, family relationships, addictions are just some of the issues that we can address together. I utilize a collaborative, strengths-based perspective focused on partnership in order to help you reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

Seeking counseling can feel overwhelming. There are often long wait lists and other obstacles that can feel difficult to get past. Please reach out to me via phone or email, and let's see what we can achieve. Often, people feel a sense of relief by simply taking the first step of contacting a therapist.
