Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a passion for supporting women and couples through life’s most challenging and transformative seasons. My work is inspired by both my professional expertise and my personal journey as a mother, which gives me a deep understanding of the joys and struggles that come with fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Driven by compassion and authenticity, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to navigate change with resilience and hope.

My approach to therapy

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate the challenges and transitions that bring them to therapy. My approach is open, collaborative, and non-judgmental—rooted in the belief that true healing begins in a space where you feel heard, safe, and supported. Together, we’ll explore your unique needs, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Following our phone consultation, the initial appointment will allow further opportunity to discuss your concerns and what brings you to therapy in more detail. We will also determine a focus of treatment that aligns with your goals and needs. How often you are seen and for how long will be determined by your own unique situation and concerns. Often times clients start with weekly care and may reduce frequency of visits as they experience a reduction in the symptoms that brought them to therapy. I am here to support you in a plan of care that is tailored to your personal circumstances.
