Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with nearly a decade of experience supporting students and others through trauma, anxiety, and depression. If academic pressure, a life transition, or painful experiences are affecting your mood, relationships, confidence, or day-to-day life, therapy can be a place to make sense of it. I offer a warm, supportive space to help you understand your needs, build on your strengths, and take practical steps toward feeling more grounded. Outside of therapy, I enjoy time with my family and all things Disney.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and balanced. There’s no one-size-fits-all path, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work toward, and what helps you feel comfortable. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we can start right where you are and take the next step together. Reach out today to schedule a first session.
