Great to meet you!

I hold two Master’s degrees—one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and another in Psychology—as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2019 and consider this work to be my true calling. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and with a broad range of mental health concerns. Much of my experience has been with high-acuity clients, but I also find great fulfillment in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, managing daily stress, or seeking personal growth. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I value taking the time to understand each client’s unique story, including their emotional experiences, patterns, and past influences. By building a strong therapeutic relationship and exploring what makes each person and their experiences distinct, I collaborate with clients to create a tailored and meaningful path toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to navigate their challenges. Together, we work to increase emotional awareness, build practical coping strategies, and gain deeper insight into patterns that may be impacting current functioning. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
