Great to meet you!
I hold two Master’s degrees—one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and another in Psychology—as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2019 and consider this work to be my true calling. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and with a broad range of mental health concerns. Much of my experience has been with high-acuity clients, but I also find great fulfillment in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, managing daily stress, or seeking personal growth. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs.
