Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should feel thoughtful, personal, and centered on you as a whole person.

As a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, with additional certification in perinatal mental health, yoga, and training in mindfulness, I bring a broad perspective to understanding both emotional and physical well-being. I take time to understand the fuller picture, your experiences, your health, your daily life, and what matters most to you. My practice is a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, bringing together clinical knowledge with curiosity about your experiences, priorities, and goals. I believe meaningful care goes beyond a diagnosis or prescription, it begins with feeling heard, understood, and involved in your care. Together, we’ll explore what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and create a plan that feels personal, practical, and sustainable. Wherever you find yourself right now, my hope is to meet you there with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is a chance for me to get to know you beyond your symptoms. We’ll talk about what brought you to care, what you’ve been experiencing, your health and treatment history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll develop a plan guided by therapeutic approaches, medication when appropriate, and lifestyle or mind-body approaches
