Great to meet you!

I work with veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, and BPD — in Pueblo West, Colorado and via telehealth statewide. I've spent 7 years in this work and hold dual master's degrees, including one in addiction counseling. My approach is direct and collaborative — I don't believe in dragging things out. I charge $70/session and accept insurance through multiple platforms, because I think cost should never be the reason someone doesn't get help.

My approach to therapy

I practice through the lenses of DBT, CBT, and existential therapy — which means we work on practical skills, thought patterns, and the deeper questions of meaning and direction that trauma and chronic struggle tend to raise. I'm straightforward: I'll tell you what I observe, I'll be honest when I think something matters, and I'll change course if what we're doing isn't working. I work with you, not on you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get oriented. I want to hear what you've been through and what you're hoping will shift. I'll share how I work and we'll figure out together if this is the right fit. For veterans and first responders especially, I want to make clear from the start: this is a no-judgment zone. Whatever you've seen or done or survived — it belongs in this room, and it won't change how I show up for you.
