Great to meet you!

Hello/Hola, I am down to earth LMFT and I have been practicing therapy since 2016. I am certified in DBT and a shame-informed therapist. I am almost completed with my certification in EMDR. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is using kindness, empathy, and humor. Therapy should be collaborative, and it is important to me that we work together on what works best for you. Everyone is different and needs a different approach. I love to explain how the brain works and how mood impacts the body. Culture and communities are beautiful; my hope is that you feel safe, heard, and respected.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to know what you would like to get out of therapy, goals, and what your expectations are from me. I value time, and I want respect your time and efforts that you are making to address your mental health.
