Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia with specialized training and experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders. I help adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship stress, career struggles, OCD, and ADHD. My goal is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your unique needs are respected. I value the trust you place in me as your therapist—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m proud of you for taking that first step.

I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and provide a safe, respectful space for all identities.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone, and all individuals should have the chance to be heard and feel validated.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin creating a plan that supports your growth. It’s a relaxed and collaborative process—you’re not in it alone.
