Great to meet you!

Many people move through the world feeling anxious, depleted, or constantly on alert. For queer adults and others navigating stress, relationships, identity, or environments where they haven’t always felt fully safe or understood, these experiences can feel especially difficult. I help clients develop a more grounded, confident, and authentic sense of self so they can move through life with greater stability, self-trust, and ease.

My approach to therapy

For the past 10 years, I’ve provided a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or weighed down by past experiences. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. In trauma work, we focus first on building trust, safety, and nervous system regulation before processing painful experiences. For present-day stressors, we identify practical goals and strategies to help you manage relationships, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy with an internet stranger can feel vulnerable. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable as we talk about what’s bringing you in and begin identifying areas where meaningful change can begin to take shape.
