Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that therapy works best when you feel truly heard — not judged. I bring warmth, honesty, and a no-nonsense approach to our work together. My goal is for every client to leave each session feeling a little more understood and a little more equipped than when they walked in. I work with most major insurance plans, so getting quality care shouldn't have to break the bank.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach — which means you set the direction and we work through it together. I draw on evidence-based practices to help clients build insight, develop coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or something that's hard to put into words, I meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really a conversation — no pressure, no homework yet. I'll want to hear about what's brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. Think of it as a chance for us to get to know each other and decide together whether we're a good fit. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet.
