Great to meet you!

I earned my master’s degree in social work from George Williams College and licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including both teens and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—to support individuals on their path toward healing and achieving healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I offer a wide variety of services including individual therapy and family/ couple's therapy. I enjoy helping people work through their stressors in life and being able to show the progress they have made towards their goals.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the services and supports, I can provide for you, your family and your loved ones. I would love to share a bit about what I enjoy most about the work we will do together.

My approach to therapy

I like to learn who my clients are and build rapport while we explore your goals, strengths and areas of growth

What you can expect from me

We begin with an introduction, and I leave space for you to share what you want about yourself as well as ask questions about me and what would make you feel the most comfortable. We will then dive into what you are currently experiencing and the goals you have with therapy.
