Great to meet you!

I am a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting families through life’s most transformative moments. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2015 and went on to complete my Master’s in Social Work at Fordham University in 2017. In 2020, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, deepening my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Based on my passion to support birthing individuals and families during some of their most vulnerable and powerful experiences, I specifically trained in Perinatal Mental Health. Driven by empathy, clinical excellence, and a deep respect for the unique journeys of every individual, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: I meet people where they are — not where I, or the world, expect them to be. I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. Therapy with me is a collaborative, supportive process rooted in empathy, trust, and real human connection.

Whether you're navigating a major life change or simply trying to make sense of your emotions, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace, honoring your story and your strengths every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

From our work together, you can expect to walk away with practical tools, thoughtful feedback, and meaningful talking points designed to help you reflect, explore, and grow. These are not one-size-fits-all solutions — they’re tailored to you, and you're encouraged to take what resonates and make it your own. I offer tools and strategies, but there’s no pressure to use them before you're ready. This is your process.

You can also expect that I may gently challenge you — always in the spirit of self-reflection and growth. I’ll encourage you to consider different perspectives, explore deeper layers, and stay open to the complexity of your own experience. My goal is never to push, but to support you in becoming more curious, more grounded, and more empowered in your own journey.
