I know how it feels to be depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. Are you feeling like you are at a standstill and nothing is working? I am here to help you. I started out working as a counselor in a local mental health center. In my 30s, married with 2 children in school, I went back to school to become a nurse. Fast forward a few more years, in my 40's went back to school to be able to do more for mental health patients and now have my board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). With more than 20yrs total experience, working with many people to help them discover how to get themselves in a better mental mindset. I provide not only medication management, but also therapy services.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I take time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges so we can develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and values. My approach combines evidence-based medication management, vitamin & mineral supplementation, therapy, education, and practical coping strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.

Your first appointment is a conversation—not an interrogation. We'll spend time discussing your concerns, personal history, current symptoms, and goals while identifying what's working and where you're feeling stuck. By the end of the visit, you'll have a better understanding of your mental health, a personalized treatment plan, and clear next steps so you can leave feeling informed, supported, and hopeful.
