Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed clinician whose philosophy orients around the restoration of personal power through empathic self-attunement, cognitive awareness, and the restructuring of thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that no longer serve us. I specialize in mind-body-spirit integration to support healing from traumatic wounds, emotional disturbances, and relational challenges. For those who desire it, I offer faith-based support rooted in Christian principles, integrating spiritual care into the healing process. I believe that healing is a deeply personal and sacred journey, and I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward wholeness at your own pace. It’s an honor to walk alongside others as they journey toward healing and restoration.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in curiosity. I work with clients to explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit, helping them attune to their inner experiences and reframe thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve them. I specialize in supporting those navigating traumatic wounds, emotional disturbances, and relational challenges. When welcomed, I also integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process to support deeper spiritual alignment and healing. Ultimately, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and more deeply connected to themselves. I aim to create a warm, reflective space that fosters safety, self-compassion, and curiosity. Together, we work toward goals like developing emotional awareness, restructuring unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening boundaries, and cultivating personal agency. For clients seeking spiritual integration, sessions may also include practices that align with their faith to support inner peace and purpose. My hope is that each session moves clients closer to restoration, resilience, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
