I am a very dedicated clinician.I have a background in working with individuals with substance abuse as well as serious mental illness. I have a background education with of a Masters in professional counseling and an undergrad in psychology. I work with a variety of clients from a variety of backgrounds and ethnicity. . I have significant education and experience with various concerns. I do offer evening a weekend appointments. Also available other times just message.

My approach to therapy

I use an Eclectic approach therapy meaning that I will approach each client individually meeting the client where they are. I consider myself very client centered.I encourage my clients to have a customized approach to their therapy. Some of my approaches include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, solution Focus therapy, motivational interviewing, holistic approach, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I help clients facilitate an environment in which they are able to take something from each session and apply it to their daily lives. I encourage clients to become empowered and to advocate for themselves. The goal is for clients to eventually be able to be their own therapist and be self-reliant.
