Great to meet you!
Life can bring challenges that make it difficult to feel balanced, hopeful, or grounded. I believe that the decision to pursue therapy is such an important act of care of self and I honor the time spent to do so.
I believe that telling your story can be a powerful step toward healing, and that you already possess personal strengths and life experiences that can help you move toward feeling better and more empowered.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have worked in mental health, reproductive and women’s health settings for over 10 years, including in alternative, residential, clinic, and hospital-based care. For the past 8 years, I have worked in private practice.
My experience includes working with young adults and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, grief and loss, and stress. In recent years, my work has focused on reproductive and maternal mental health, including prenatal and postpartum care, infertility and pregnancy loss support.
