Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor based in Houston, Texas. I graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston.

I have been licensed since 2014 and have practiced in a variety of clinical settings.

I frequently work with individuals navigating substance use, addictions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, spirituality, meaning, and existential concerns.

I truly love what I do and feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they find their way in this messy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming world. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My role is to create a collaborative, supportive space that fosters healing and empowers you to make meaningful change in the areas that matter most to you.
