I have an addiction certificate, and my undergraduate degree is in criminology. I’m also a Certified Master’s Addiction Professional. I’m especially passionate about supporting underserved individuals who are struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency, and related challenges.
I’m a direct therapist who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients make practical, meaningful progress. I also bring in psychoeducation so you can better understand what’s happening and why. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate other approaches to best support you.
In our first session, I’ll get to know you by learning about your childhood, education, relationships, and goals for therapy. Most importantly, I want to understand what brings you in and what you hope to achieve so we can create a treatment plan that feels right for you.
