I'm here to help break down what happens between the space of a stimulus and your response. Could be imprinted family of origin beliefs and values. Maybe intense trauma from your past. And/or the distress from your relationships. I'm here to walk along side you on the journey of finding your growth and freedom.
I primarily work with couples who've experienced; grief, life transitions, sexual issues, trauma, addictions, and/or communication breakdown. I've been extensively trained in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, The Gottman Method, Brainspotting, Grief and Loss, and Sex Therapy.
My primary goal with therapy is to get my clients to a state of mind that they are capable of living the lives they want, without needing me. They've built the skills and self awareness to embrace the space between a stimulus and their response.
